Not really. It is on, but there's nothing flashy going on. Just little ol' Pearls here, pretty much lost and confused. She's biting down on her thumb, it seems. Spoink, otherwise known as Bouncer, is bouncing (as per usual) up and down, trying to be seen in the video. It's...not working out so well, since all you can see is the pearl, but at least he's trying! ]

This is working, right? [ She's not exactly looking directly at the camera, which is why she's asking. She would probably be less nervous than she appears if she knew how to work the voice function, but she hasn't even realized it is a thing that exists yet! ]

I'm... a bit lost... could someone tell me where I could find Kurain Village? I'm in this place called New Back [ Bark.] town, so...

Will it take a long time to get there? What do I need? And-

[ Spoink finally manages to jump high enough for everyone to see him! Hi, everyone, hi hi!!

Pearls just seems to grow more and more nervous. ]

- why is this... Spoh-ink... following me? _{I'm still surprised it hasn't stopped bouncing... He must have been right...}

[ Maria glances at the screen - first worried at the whole display with it falling, but then she looks a little more reassured again and tilts her head curiously. ]

Do you think he's tired? Uu-, Maria thinks he looks okay.. He's bouncing..!

If he's tired, it's most likely because he won't stop bouncing... Or can't.

[ While Pearl is talking, Spoink bounces off screen. He comes back a few minutes later with a pearl on his head, and his bounce is much more livelier! Our dear little missus Fey here didn't notice, though. ]

...Wait... Where's your friend?

.. Uu-, Maria's friends, you mean? Maria has a whole lot of friends, actually!

[ She stares at the Spoink, though. ] Maria thinks that kid already looks more happy.

[ yes, she sometimes refers to Pokémon as kids.. ]

Kid? [ Pearly looks back at Spoink and WOW THAT THING'S BOUNCING. She concludes that Bouncer was a great name choice for him. Turning back to the camera now, though. ]

Poe-'kay-moths... [ She's getting worse at this help ]

Pokémon, uu-! [ She says it so enthusiastically.. but give her a moment to walk off-screen, and when she returns she's holding an Eevee in her arms. It's rather tiny - probably still a baby - and looking.. a little scared, or just camera shy. ]

This is one of Maria's friends, one of Maria's Pokémon! His name is Abel, uu-. Abel, say hi, say h-i-!

[ She blinks. And then kind of smiles and stares at it. ]

Ah...bell! A bell! [ Probably saying it right, but spelling it wrong. Again. She takes note of the 'main' difference between Bouncer and Abel right away. ]

It's not bouncing! Aren't you worried he might get hurt?

Abel isn't the kind of Pokémon who needs to bounce, uu-. Abel is.. [ she actually needs to ponder this for a moment or two.. ] Uu-, an Eevee, that's what Abel is!

In fact, none of Maria's Pokémon have to bounce all the time!

An 'Eevee'? [ It's not that hard to say, actually... ]

Really? [ Guess they must get a lot of sleep, unlike Bouncer! ]

That's right, an Eevee! Maria heard they can evolve into lots of different kinds of Eevee!

[ only to now realise that wouldn't be Eevees anymore.. ]

And uu-, Maria's Pokémon float around.. or they walk. Not much bouncing.

It's since all Pokémon are different.. Maria is not sure how many Pokémon there are exactly, but it's a who-le lot!

Uu-.. [ She seriously seems to need to overthink that for a few moments. ]

Maybe.. a few hunderds..? Maria isn't sure at all!

H-hundreds? [ Omigosh Pearl can't even calculate that- the feed is cut off for a moment so she can hold her head and just imagine the sheer quantity that would be. And she thought fifty was a lot- imagine more than one-hundred!!

The feed comes back, and by this time, Pearls is actually sitting down. ]

I can't believe it... They must all be really, really different so people don't get them mixed up... [ Imagination can not even compute 100s of different looking animals. Then again, she doesn't know many animals. ]

[ Maria's look shifts a little, to something that's almost a little.. worried, yes. ]

Uu-, are you okay..? It's a lot of Pokémon, but it's nothing to be worried about, they're all really friendly!

They are, uu-! Maria's never ever met an unfriendly Pokémon before. All of them just wanted to be Maria's friends so far!
