[ The 'gears propped up against a book so the camera is pointing at Pearl- this way, she doesn't have to hold it. Not that she could, really.
What you'll first notice is Pearl smiling the biggest smile she ever smiled because obviously the weather got to her by now. The second thing you'll notice is the missing presence of her certain pearl searching bouncing friend, Bouncer the Spoink. Well, that's because... ]

Hello everyone! How are you all? [ Pearl I'm trying to-- ] As for me- I am doing just lovely! I woke up yesterday to a box of the sweetest chocolates and an egg! That makes five eggs- we have an entire family now!! [ Pearl seems... really happy about this. She grabs the PokeGear and turns around...

And you can see Bouncer...bouncing, around the eggs, watching them. He seems just as happy as his Trainer, if not... actually, no, Pearl is happier. ]

Isn't this great? Soon, Bouncer will have lots of friends and he will not be lonely and we will all be one big family!!

[ Bouncer squeals, and Pearl stumbles over to him and the eggs so you can all get a closer look.

Abra - Daycare

Though she honestly knows nothing about caring for eggs (she couldn't read the handbook), she still vows to take care of these eggs with her life.]

I don't know what they are- [ She thinks they're all going to be little Spoinks- ] but I can not wait!! Can you, Bouncer?! [ He squeals again and hops ups and down impatiently, and the feed cuts off from there. ]

[ The feeds comes in, sounding a bit static-y at first, but gradually becoming clearer after a moment or two of Pearl Fey fiddling with her 'gear. The first thing you'll see is a huge forehead belonging to the aforementioned Medium, and possibly furrowed eyebrows. After realizing it's working, she leans back and smiles, waving at the camera. ]

Good evening. [ a small bow. It looks silly, considering she's holding the gear to do this. Still, formalities are a must. ] I'm currently with Mr. Laurice and, uhm... You-Are and Bar-knee, in Sigh-ann-wood City- we got to fly here! On a dinosaur banana tree...thing... [ Whoops, Pearls forgotten the name of Larry's Pokémon! She doesn't seem like she's going to ask, though.

She moves the camera over at her Spoink, who is sleeping. And bouncing! Which Pearly finds totally normal. In fact, she doesn't seem to mention it. Instead, she moves on to another topic. ]

A nice man told me how to take care of my Pokémon, and a lot of other things! So I promise to--

[ One of the nurses is suddenly beckoning her over, and she nods and asks her politely to please wait for just one minute. ]
Uhm, sorry, I have to go... [ With that simple goodbye, the feed cuts off. ]

Feeling shocked

Pearl Fey was very sure she had everything she needed. Maybe there was a better way to phrase that: she was already given everything she would need- at least, this is what she thought. It was all in the pack. She didn't know if she'd need more than that. She didn't bother looking into it- or it was more so that she had difficulty reading the guide and handbook she had received. There were pictures, yes, but not many, making it very difficult for her to understand what the entire thing meant. She didn't know Spoink could level up or learn moves or any of that, either! Nor did she really know where she was going, except onward. There was yet another important factor to add onto this, and that was that she didn't know about the tall grass and the fact wild Pokemon could come out and attack her.

So, it was no surprise that she shrieked when she saw a wild Pidgey swoop past her. Which caused the Pidgey to panic. Which caused Pearl to panic. Which caused them both to panic while Spoink bounced up and down in this 'I'm ready to fight, but I don't know what to do' kind of way. So there's a little girl panicking and running away while a panicked Pidgey chases her with intent to harm, and a Spoink bounces after the duo.

If you see her, please help. She needs it. Really.

[ The video's on- lights, camera, action!

Not really. It is on, but there's nothing flashy going on. Just little ol' Pearls here, pretty much lost and confused. She's biting down on her thumb, it seems. Spoink, otherwise known as Bouncer, is bouncing (as per usual) up and down, trying to be seen in the video. It's...not working out so well, since all you can see is the pearl, but at least he's trying! ]

This is working, right? [ She's not exactly looking directly at the camera, which is why she's asking. She would probably be less nervous than she appears if she knew how to work the voice function, but she hasn't even realized it is a thing that exists yet! ]

I'm... a bit lost... could someone tell me where I could find Kurain Village? I'm in this place called New Back [ Bark.] town, so...

Will it take a long time to get there? What do I need? And-

[ Spoink finally manages to jump high enough for everyone to see him! Hi, everyone, hi hi!!

Pearls just seems to grow more and more nervous. ]

- why is this... Spoh-ink... following me? _{I'm still surprised it hasn't stopped bouncing... He must have been right...}
